The warranty goes in writing. Every install.
A roof is a promise that has to outlast the conversation it was made in. Ours comes on paper, with your address on it.
Our written workmanship warranty
Every roof we install comes with a written workmanship warranty. It covers the installation itself: the fastening, the flashing details, the way the whole system went together. If our workmanship is ever the reason water gets in, we come back and make it right. You'll hold that promise in writing before the job closes out.
CertainTeed system registration
We're CertainTeed certified installers, and CertainTeed system warranty registration is available on qualifying systems. That puts the manufacturer's coverage for your materials on record for your home. Two layers standing behind one roof: CertainTeed behind the materials, Plus Ultra behind the install.
Why written matters
A verbal promise retires when the truck pulls away. Paper stays. A written warranty names the property, the scope and the coverage, and it's backed by a local company you can actually call. We're based in Riverview, three generations into this trade, and we plan on answering that phone for a long time.
Proof you can scroll
Every job is photo-documented from tear-off to final sweep: the decking condition, the ice and water shield, the flashing, the finished ridge. You get the record. If a question ever comes up years from now, we're both looking at the same photos instead of relying on memory.
That documentation habit is also why customers keep mentioning follow-through:
"They came back a few weeks after to check up on the roof and make sure the clean up was sufficient."
