Winter reroof in New Brunswick
The scope
- Reroof installed the first week of January 2026

- Copper-blend architectural shingles, laid course by course in January weather
- Invoice settled and written workmanship warranty in the homeowner's hands
How we install in winter
Winter installs come down to discipline. Shingles stay stored in a heated space until the day they go on, so they arrive flexible and seal-ready. Snow gets managed off the working deck as the crew moves. Sealing practice is matched to cold temperatures. And every stage is photographed, so the record shows the deck each course went down on. Atlantic winters are part of the job here, and our process is built for them.
What this job proves
Roofs pick their own timing, and this one needed doing in January. First week of the new year: installed, documented, invoice settled, warranty delivered. At the end of the day a calendar page is a poor reason to live under a roof that needs replacing, so we built a winter process we stand behind and we photograph it working.

Winter slots are often the fastest path onto our calendar. Every quote starts with an aerial measure and lands as one fixed price in writing, whatever the season.
